fixed fire damage on NPCs

it's a bit weird but at least now it works djfhgdhdjga

Made Hellknight a cop and tweaked his stats a little.

Added a new class for the crims to compensate: the Trapper.
He's a medium class who specializes in traps and projectile weapons. He has a 20% bonus damage to them but -10% damage to bullets.
He also has special sounds and an unique skill: Flurry of Knives, which throws 20 knives in a quick succession from left to right in an arc.

The Railway Gun is now finished! (mostly, it'll still require balancing and shit though, so don't freak out about OPness or shittiness)
For the hefty sum of 80k you can buy a fully customizable Railway Gun that will accept most mods.

The way it works is this: It technically is a fake projectile weapon that acts as if it was shooting projectiles when in fact it is a hitscan weapon. But still counts as projectile for negating bullet mirror, the trapper's projectile bonus, etc. There is a delay of 0.01 second between your shot and the scan, but other than that, there's no travel time or distance involved, making it very reliable at long range.

The trick with it is that it can penetrate players, npcs, loose props, and very thin walls, but only once. Unlike the harpoon, the spikes are fast but small, so they have greater penetration but lose energy much quicker. Where the 'Poon can pierce a bunch of props and people in a row, the spikes can only pierce once before failing to pierce their 2nd target and simply falling to the ground. However, what they can do is penetrate through frozen props, windows, doors and even thin walls, making it very effective in cover combat. If you know someone is hiding somewhere, you can even blind fire into what you think are thin outside walls of his base, and hopefully hit something.
